Scope
This Statement applies to:
- The marketing website at
dinoaihost.comand its public subdomains; - The BOS user interface delivered with the Dino appliance, the Field interface for technicians, and the Portal interface for end-users.
The Statement does not apply to third-party content reachable from dinoaihost.com (for example, content embedded from a customer’s social-media profile), or to operating-system-level features of the underlying Apple hardware.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate.
- Maintain color contrast that meets WCAG AA for normal text and large text.
- Support keyboard navigation for primary interactive elements.
- Provide text alternatives for non-decorative images.
- Caption marketing videos and provide transcripts for podcasts where we publish them.
- Test with screen-reader software during development of significant interface changes.
- Maintain a font size, layout, and motion preference that respects user system settings (including
prefers-reduced-motion). - Treat accessibility regression as a defect during release review.
Hardware accessibility
The Dino appliance runs macOS. Apple’s built-in accessibility features (VoiceOver, Zoom, Voice Control, Switch Control, Reduce Motion, Display Accommodations, and others) are available on the appliance. Where customers configure end-user-facing kiosk surfaces, we encourage maintaining these accessibility features.
Known limitations
We are aware that some interfaces — including parts of newer features in early release — may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We treat these as defects to be resolved.
If you encounter a specific limitation, please report it (Section 6) and we will investigate.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We treat it as part of normal product development and address regressions as they are reported.
