Categories of cookies we use
We group cookies into three categories.
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the Site to function. They keep your session active, remember your preferences (such as language and consent choices), enable login on customer-facing portions of the Site, and protect against fraud.
These cookies cannot be disabled through our consent banner, but you can block them through your browser. If you do, parts of the Site may not work.
Analytics
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. They count visits, measure page popularity, and identify performance issues. We aim to use providers that support IP truncation and that do not enable cross-site tracking by default.
We also run our own first-party analytics on this Site. We record pageviews, time on page, clicks on links and buttons, form interactions, scheduled meetings, device and browser type, country (derived from IP), and the referring URL. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Raw event records are deleted after 90 days; aggregated daily counts are kept indefinitely. Where applicable law requires consent, the analytics cookie is set only after you accept the consent banner; pre-consent visits are recorded with a per-request anonymous identifier and no persistent cookie.
Marketing
These cookies are used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and to deliver relevant content. We use these cookies only with consent where consent is required by applicable law.
We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or other US state privacy laws. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information through cookies as those terms are defined under those laws.
Specific vendors
The specific analytics, marketing, and operational vendors used on the Site change from time to time. The current list — including each vendor’s role, location, and link to its privacy policy — is maintained at dinoaihost.com/subprocessors.
Your choices
Consent banner
When required by applicable law, we display a consent banner the first time you visit the Site. You can accept all categories, reject non-essential categories, or customize your selection. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of the Site.
Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. Browser-level controls apply to all websites you visit; consult your browser’s help documentation.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal where required by applicable law. Visitors transmitting GPC will be treated as having opted out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising.
Do Not Track
There is no industry consensus on Do Not Track. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, but we honor GPC as described above.
Changes
We will update this Policy as our practices change. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the Site.
