Part A — Marketing communications from Dino RD&C
When Dino RD&C sends commercial email to prospects and customers from dinoaihost.com or related addresses, we commit to the following:
- Accurate identification. Our header information (From, Reply-To, routing) accurately identifies Dino RD&C.
- Truthful subject lines. We do not use deceptive subject lines.
- Identification as advertising. Marketing messages are clearly identifiable as commercial.
- Physical postal address. Every commercial email includes our valid physical postal address (Dino RD&C LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Casper, WY 82601, USA).
- Easy opt-out. Every commercial email includes a clear, conspicuous mechanism to opt out of further marketing email.
- Honoring opt-outs. We honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days, free of charge, and do not require navigation through more than one webpage to opt out.
- No transfer of opt-out lists. We do not sell or transfer email addresses of people who have opted out, except where required to enforce the opt-out itself.
- Transactional and service emails. Service-related messages (order confirmations, support replies, security alerts, policy updates) are not marketing and are sent regardless of marketing opt-out status.
Part B — Customer use of BOS — Email

- honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days;
- not send commercial email to harvested or scraped lists;
- not use false or misleading routing or transmission information;
- comply with the laws of any jurisdiction in which the recipient resides (including more restrictive state laws and, where applicable, Canada’s CASL or other foreign laws).
Part B — SMS
- obtain prior express written consent before sending marketing SMS;
- include “STOP to opt out” wording where required;
- honor STOP requests immediately and HELP requests with brand and contact information;
- comply with carrier 10DLC and short-code requirements as applicable;
- not send messages outside legal hours of day;
- not initiate marketing SMS via the AI agent without consent and disclosure.
Part B — Voice
- comply with TCPA, do-not-call requirements, state two-party-consent recording laws, and time-of-day rules;
- maintain accurate internal do-not-call lists and honor opt-outs;
- keep enabled the AI-disclosure announcement and recording-consent disclosure shipped with BOS.
These obligations are mirrored, in greater detail, in the Acceptable Use Policy.
